  • All LMC Books & Textbooks are due on Friday, May 27th! There are no fines for late books. Lost or damaged books will need to be paid for in order to replace the book.
     

  • District Hotspots need to be returned by the end of the school year. Hotspots are checked out from the LMC and your student will have this on their Library record that is emailed to both students & parents/guardians.
     

  • Overdue library books & district technology (including Hotspots & Chromebooks & Chromebook Fines) are emailed home weekly to both students and parents/guardians. Fines for damaged Chromebooks and lost Chromebook chargers need to be paid for and follow students to the next grade level. Please check your email to see what is out and what needs to be returned.
     

  • Chromebook Collection for Robbinsdale Area Schools has changed.  Please read below for details.
     

There are some changes to our 1:1 Chromebook program that we’d like to make sure all families are aware of.

 

Current 6th and 7th Grade Students:

  • Current 6th and 7th grade students will keep their Chromebook, charger and case over the summer. These students will use the same device next school year. 

  • There is extremely limited technology help over the summer.  If a problem arises, hold tight and plan for help in September once school starts.
     

Current 8th Grade Students:

  • Students currently in 8th grade will return their Chromebooks, chargers and cases to SMS on Monday, June 6th in their social studies classes.

  • You will be issued a new Chromebook from your high school in August/September. Watch for information from your high school.

  • If you need a device for a summer program offered by Robbinsdale Area Schools, you will have access to a device at the summer site location.
     

Students Leaving Robbinsdale Area Schools:

  • If you know your student will not be attending school in Robbinsdale Area Schools next school year (2022-2023), and they are in 6th or 7th grades, please have your student return the CB, charger and case to the SMS library media center by the last day of school, Wednesday, June 8th.

  • After June 8th, any Chromebooks, chargers and cases from students leaving Robbinsdale Area Schools can be returned to the District ESC located at 4148 Winnetka Ave N. New Hope, MN 55427
