Dear Sandburg families,
As you have learned, Sandburg will continue with the Distance Learning through January 21st. Students do not have school on Monday, January 24th and will return to in person learning on January 25th. Here is our Distance Learning structure:

Staff will post their google meet codes in schoology. Attendance will be taken during the google meet. Students and staff will follow their schedules. Students will need to follow their schedule, and join their google meet at the scheduled time. SMS 2021-2022 Schedule.
Students will be marked as present if they join the google meet.
If a student informs a teacher that they did not have internet access, or could not join for technical reasons, they can be marked as present if they submit the assignment.
Students who are not attending their google meet sessions and have not contacted the school or the teacher will be marked absent.
Students in study hall classes will need to log into their study hall classes. Attendance will be taken during class. Study hall teachers will be available to support students with assignments and/or navigating distance learning.
