AVID 8 took a field trip last week to Concordia University St. Paul. They learned all about the university, how to earn scholarships, and what supports are in place on campus to help students succeed. They took a campus tour where in addition to viewing academic buildings, they scoped out model dorm rooms for freshmen as well as upperclassmen apartments. Additionally, they trekked over to the arena where the NCAA Division II athletes practice and play.
