Robbinsdale Area Schools superintendent position interview schedule

The Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) Board of Education has announced the interview schedule for the six semi-finalists it's chosen for the district's superintendent position.

The interviews begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, and will be held in the Boardroom at the Education Service Center (ESC), located at 4148 Winnetka Ave. N., in New Hope. The interviews are open to the public. To ensure a level playing field for all candidates the interviews will not be livestreamed, but they will be recorded and posted to the district's website.

The agenda and interview schedule (times are approximate):

• 8 a.m. -- School Board meeting called to order
• 8:15 a.m. -- Bondo Nyembwe, Executive Director of Educational Services, Columbia Heights Public Schools, MN
• 9:30 a.m. -- Dr. Timothy McCray, Deputy Superintendent, Madison Metropolitan School District, WI
• 10:45 a.m. -- Dr. George Nolan, Elementary Principal, Hopkins Public Schools, MN
• 11:45 a.m. -- Break
• 12:15 p.m. -- Dr. Patrick Duffy, Director of Teaching, Learning, and Leadership, St. Louis Park Public Schools, MN
• 1:30 p.m. -- Dr. Elizabeth Keenan, former Superintendent, Special School District of St. Louis County, MO
• 2:45 p.m. -- Dr. Noel Schmidt, Superintendent, Rock Ridge Public Schools, MN
• 3:45 p.m. -- Break
• 4:15 p.m. -- School Board deliberates and decides on Round 2 finalists, questions, schedule, and reference checks
